Everything in the Meraki has been done to make your progress nothing but enjoyable! A great choice as a first custom board, the Meraki is a very progressive board that is accessible for intermediate riders and beginners who are not shy.
If you do not wish to move towards boards with a too restrictive camber, the Meraki gives you a wide margin for progress. The standard camber combined with two very long rockers makes the board very forgiving while ensuring stability and grip. In addition, its Wood 5620 core akes it very strong and will provide you with perfect ease and low rotation inertia.
The Meraki is a board that allows you to discover all aspects of snowboarding with great ease. If you're itching to freestyle, you can already get to the park and ride in all directions thanks to the shape twin. If it's powder snow you're after, the two rockers are at the top of their game and can easily venture to the edge of the slopes.
Despite its 2 pronounced rockers, the Meraki ade knows how to keep its grip thanks to its Serrated Edges 3S, real power steering! Enough to have fun on the slope! Finally, the 4/10 flex of the Meraki remains pleasant in all circumstances without being too soft and boring to ride!

- Camber:
AMPTEK Auto-turn : the Auto-turn short camber zone between the edges (30%) and two very long rockers from the interior of the edges to the tips. Turns are made easier, unlimited rotation and you avoid edges catching. In powder snow, the lift is to a maximum. On the slope, everything becomes very simple!
- Shape:
Twin: The board is completely symmetrical and the binding inserts are centred in relation to the middle of the board. An ideal balance for freestyle!
Radcut: The combination of conventional curve radii between the supports and inverted radii of varying lengths allows the contact points to be optimised according to speed.
- Flex:
4/10 Twin Freestyle: Soft flex. Symmetrical flex for an identical pop in nose and tail, ideal for freestyle. Extremely rigid under the back and front feet for optimal control. Rigid waist for greater stability at high speeds.
- Core:
Wood 5620: Hard and softwoods blended together for a unique mix of strength, ease and low rotational momentum.
- Sole:
Frittee 4400: Highly abrasion resistant sole with optimal glide.
- Edges:
Serrated 3S: Undulations distributed along the load-bearing length that maximize edge pressure and significantly improve control and stability in the most difficult conditions.
La Meraki est un investissement sur du long terme. Accessible de part son prix, elle l'est également grâce au cambre tolérant mais accrocheur qu'est l'Amptek Auto-turn. L'entrée en courbe est facile, l'apprentissage et la maitrise des bases sera à coup sûr accéléré.
Comparée à d'autres modèles équivalent, la Meraki met en avant un réel avantage au travers de son cambre. La majorité des ses concurrentes proposent un cambre plat plutôt restrictif, qui limitera votre marge de progression.
