The Hero Gs from Rossignol is a ski designed for competitors aged 14 to 16.
The Hero Gs features a softer flex than the FIS models, which makes it the ideal choice for developing athletes to learn the fundamentals and improve their time on giant slalom courses. The integral titanium reinforcement provides all the dynamism needed to propel your kid with maximum responsiveness.
Thanks to its Hero Gs sidecuts, the Oversized offers a unique carving feel with every turn.
The LCT (Line Control Technology) allows optimal control in turns thanks to the presence of a rail along the entire length of the ski, eliminating a large part of the counter flex suffered by the ski at the end of a turn. This allows for great stability throughout each trajectory and relaunchings will be all the more powerful as they will be much more controlled.
The Hero Gs skis are fitted with Spx 12 Rockerace bindings.

Sidecuts / Radius / Weight (pair without bindings):
170 cm: 104-65-87 mm / 20 m / 3900 g
175 cm: 102-65-87 mm / 23 m / 4000 g
182 cm: 103-65-87 mm / 25 m / 4200 g
Construction:
Construction: Rectangular full sidewall
Horizontal layering of materials (wood, fibreglass, metal, etc.) combined with full-length vertical edges for optimum grip, precision, balance and power.
Sidecut: Oversized
By combining the cut of a carving ski with current widths underfoot, the OVERSIZE SIDECUT offers powerful precision and very good grip, including increased stability and control.
Rocker : Full Camber
100% cambre - 0% rocker
Materials:
Core: Beech Woodcore - Beech core
Reinforcement: Full Titanal
A construction that has stood the test in competition. Fibre glass combined with a titanal plate gives the ski more power, grip and extremely precise control when turning.
Sole: Sintered HD
THE HD SINTERED SOLE provides a smooth glide in all snow conditions.
Technologies:
LCT - Technologie Line Control
It offers a concentrate of power and energy, for fluid stability in all conditions. With its tip to tail central rail, LCT technology eliminates the effects of ski counter-flex to give you dynamic control of your trajectory.
Cascade Tip
This particular tip construction consists of two successive upper layers, one made of metal and the other of fibreglass. The goal is to reduce the inertia and weight of the tip for a livelier and more responsive ski. This construction also offers greater control over tip torsion for more efficient grip and more precise curve control.
BINDING SYSTEM: Spx12 Rockerace GW
DIN: 3,5 - 12
Weight (pair): 2260 g
Brake width: < 80 mm
Technologies:
Long Elastic Travel
A LARGE ELASTIC TRAVEL allows powerful skiers to avoid untimely releases while adjusting their bindings to the release value recommended by ISO standards: to ski hard with confidence and safety.
Multi directional release
The LOOK stops offer a MULTIDIRECTIONAL RELEASE that protects the skier in all cases of fall, including rear and combined falls. Their mechanics keep a constant pressure on the boot and eliminate any gapping for the best possible control.
Full Action Toe Piece
The FULL ACTION reinforced stop provides: - A 14% wider jaw for better transmission between the boot and the ski. - A 10% wider platform for even more efficient transmission. - Reinforced components for better resistance and durability.
Rolling Control
All components and mechanisms reduce roll; your energy input is directly transmitted to the skis.
