The C_Change™ membrane works like a pine cone: it opens when it is hot and closes when temperatures drop. This way you are kept warm and body moisture is quickly removed.
Featuring a snug-fitting, helmet-compatible hood, this jacket also has vents which will come in handy when you start to overheat. The cuffs are designed to prevent snow from seeping in and the pockets have an optimised design to remain quickly accessible even with a bag on your back.

The active membrane is not only windproof and waterproof, but also "smart". Just like a pine cone that opens when it's hot outside and that closes when the temperature drops, the membrane reacts immediately to sweat thanks to a special moisture and temperature management system. This essentially means that the membrane's molecular structure is able to adapt to different temperatures. If your body warms up a lot, the polymer structure opens to regulate temperature and moisture. When it's cold, the polymer structure closes. This mechanism creates an insulating behaviour that adapts directly to your body temperature as well as the ambient temperature. |
