New for the 2020/2021 season, the Blackops range is designed for skiers who are always looking for more freedom and who like to get off the beaten track! Each ski in the range has a unique personality, so as to best suit the style of each skier.
The Blackops Escaper is a choice ski for freetouring! With its 94 mm waist, it is a versatile ski, performing as well in powder as on hard snow.
Its paulownia wood core combined with Diago Fiber makes the ski ultra-light, and delivers maximum liveliness and grip as well as a feeling of safety. It is the perfect build for reaching summits! In addition , this FSC® certified wood core is combined with recycled materials in the ski top, sole and edges to reduce its impact on the environment.
This construction of the Blackops Escaper has a Rectangular Sidewall design with lining along the entire ski increasing grip, balance and power. A Damp Techinsert, located at the tip reduces the vibrations of the ski to offer better absorption of the irregularities of the terrain and allow you to glide smoothly.
Ultra-manageable, the Blackops Escaper is equipped with an Air Tipthat lightens the ends of the ski to facilitate turn control on all types of snow. The Extented Coreincreases ski-snow contact and provides greater ski stability, especially in torsion, which improves precision and control on a variety of snow conditions.

This Sidewall construction features a combination of materials as well as side walls running the entire length of the ski to optimise the skier's grip, balance and power.
Paulownia Wood Core:
Paulownia wood provides a good compromise between lightness and performance. The edges transmit the support directly under the feet. Superb grip, boost and lightness for this type of all-terrain construction.
The skis in the Blackops range have been developed with particular attention paid to the selection of raw materials and the use of recycled materials to minimize their impact on the environment. The Blackops Escaper is FSC®certified, which means that it uses recycled materials on the top of the ski, the sole and the edges.
Diago Fiber:
Diago Fiber technology is combined with ultra-light paulownia cores. This duo of complementary technologies allows a large majority of skiers to get to know the summits and explore new lines in complete serenity.

Extended Core construction increases ski-snow contact and provides greater torsional ski stability, improving accuracy and control on a variety of snow conditions.
