They have been specially developed for use in ski mountaineering and freetouring and will be ideal for freeriders looking for power, control and precision in downhill skiing.
With a weight of 1440 g per shoe, the Vega is the perfect compromise between lightness and performance, with optimal foot support thanks to its 4 hooks. Its disengagement system offers an immense range of movement of 60° so that walking remains as natural as possible even on the steepest slopes. We challenge you to reach the maximum articulation! In any case, you will no longer be able to say "my equipment is too heavy and constraining" to excuse your poor performances, people will no longer believe you!
Once the ski mode is activated, the Vega is not to be outdone, thanks to a Grilamid construction that solidifies and lightens the ski. At the back of the cuff, a Vertebra Technology carbon reinforcement structures the shoe and facilitates the transmission of energy on descents.
On the fit side, its 100% thermoformable liner makes walking even easier and offers optimal comfort when descending by absorbing difficult terrain. Its innovative EZ Flex Tongue offers a wide range of movement at the ankle and reduces compression points for even more comfort. Finally, an additional sole avoids direct contact between the foot and the inner shell for optimal thermal insulation, making the Vega one of the warmest ski-mountaineering boots on the market!
Compatible with classic Low-Tech bindings and Alpine Touring (with plates), it is a versatile shoe that will guarantee maximum safety. Its Vibram sole will facilitate passages on rocks and slippery ground
