- Camber:  Directional Rocker: classic camber with rocker for greater lift and grip in all snow conditions. The longer tip rocker improves lift, while the camber ensures edge hold and from the reactivity and the link between. The shorter tail rocker not only provides the same power and stability than other boards, but prevents catch when entering turns and landing switch.

- Shape:
Directional: classic shape with the nose slightly longer than the tail for lift on prepared pistes.
Directional Flex pattern
Bolt-less Bridge: reducing the components of the link box and therefore reducing weight. In addition, the skis are linked more closely together, improving torsional rigidity.
Blunt Nose: Curved nose to improve the glide and resistance the grip of the snow and therefore reduces the "ploughing" effect of the nose.
Inside & Outside Traction Tech 3.0: The serrated edges offer multiple contact points along the board. This technology counteracts the negative effect of the rocker which reduces the edge/snow contact length of your board. The edges are wavy, including those to the side of the centre of the board.
Progressive Sidecut: At each end of the edges, the curve radius is increased at the contact points. This larger radius ensures a smoother ride when entering and exiting turns.
Quick Tension Tail: The Quick Tension clip is a lightweight attachment system unique to boards by Jones from 2016 onwards (except the Discovery). Jones splitboards have a notch in the tail of each board that allows the Quick Tension clip to pass through the notch and hold the skin. For 2018, the Quick Tension clip has been completely redesigned and now features a rubber tail strap and a compact metal clip.

- Core:
Ultra Construction: Jones' Ultra Construction builds on the original version of the board with to improve in Materials and construction to optimise every part of the board. Ultra boards are lighter and stronger.
FSC™ Fusion Core: The light, yet wood core of the brand. With a main composition in Paulownia, it is combined with poplar parts to increase durability and responsiveness.

- Topsheet:
Textured ECO-Plastic TopSheet: recycled plastic obtained from the Ricin plant. This eco-friendly material is ultra-light, scratch resistant and water resistant, designed to prevent snow from sticking to the topsheet.
Fiberglass Reinforcement: Improved fibreglass on the board's nose and tail. Light layers ensure a longer life span and performance.

- Sole:
Ultra base: Jones' new proprietary material, setting new performance standards. Laboratory results and snow tests show a 25% higher wax absorption and better glide on wet snow.
Stainless Steel Reinforcement: Stainless steel insert on the tail and nose of the board.

- Technologies:
Fusion Carbon: This construction uses as little epoxy as possible, to focus on a carbon/wood blend that provides the most durable and reactive change of direction board ever tested.
Outer Oversized Recycled Edges: external edges made of recycled steel.
Inner Thin Recycled Edges: internal edges made of recycled steel.
Recycled Rounded ABS: ABS plastic in Jones boards is made from recycled plastic.
Wend Natural Wax: ready to use as soon as they leave the factory, Jones snowboards are already coated with Wend Natural Wax.
