Quick and easy to put on are the greatest advantages of these new Step-On® bindings which have a design similar to classic bindings but the straps have made way for three lugs. These connection points are placed on each side of the shoe at the front of the foot and in the Achilles tendon area. Place your foot in the base and it's fixed!
In addition to speed, the performance offered by the Step On® has nothing to envy from traditional fasteners. Pair them with the Photon Step On®, for a style more suited to Freeride. Or, if you decide to go for the Ruler Step On®, you'll have the perfect combo for freestyle and boarding on the piste. The boots dictate the bindings. That's why the Step On® is available with a medium flex and medium cushioning for a very versatile binding.
The Step On® is a very reactive binding that literally sticks the foot to the base and against the spoiler. These bindings provide lateral support, for easy flexion. With the Step On®, precision and responsiveness are not optional!
The
Cushioning:
- The Re:Flex FullBED system ensures full underfoot cushioning, optimizing comfort while reducing fatigue, and features a "trap door" design for easy access to mounting equipment.
Baseplate:
- The single-component construction of the baseplate features one material throughout which provides a consistent response and feel when used on any terrain.
- Nylon composite material with 30% fibreglass for more intense responsiveness.
Spoiler:
-The single-component sloping rear brace construction provides an immediate response and allows you to manage the overall flex profile of the snowboard.
- The zero degree rear reinforcement is completely vertical and designed for riders who prefer a more fun and relaxed feel
- The FLAD system allows you to make micro-adjustments to your front tilt angle to customise your position
Attachment system:
- The Step On® connection system between the boot and binding features two connection points at the toe through the 2.0 front hooks. These feature a spring-loaded hinge that flexes to hold the fastener and make it easier to put on and take off. The connection point at the heel provides better responsiveness between the boot and binding.
Mounting:
- The Re:Flex mounting system dramatically improves flex and snowboard feel, while reducing weight.
- Universally compatible with the mounting systems of all current snowboards, including 4x4, 3D®, and The Channel® models. Please note that the 3D hinge disc is required for mounting on 3D systems (not included).
Please note that the Step On® bindings are only suitable for use with Step On® boots.
