Description

The Velvet from Gnu is a all-mountain freestyle snowboard for intermediate to advanced women.

For park and track, the Velvet can adapt to any terrain. It's grippy on the piste with its wavy edges Magne Traction and is easy to ride in powder thanks to its c2 hybrid camber hybrid camber. The camber also makes corner entry super-easy!

A special feature of this board is its asymmetry ! The radii of the front and back curves are different, giving greater precision on the toes and better power transfer on the heel side. As a result, you can link turns together intuitively and feel less tired at the end of the day!

The little extra of GNUa green building with several technologies using recycled materials or renewable energies (Eco-sublimated Co-Ex, Eco-sublimated Poly Top, UHMW Sintered Sidewall).

Cambre C2 Hybrid : The C2 has a rocker between the supports and an eliptical camber under each support. The tips also have rockers. The ultimate camber, offering a perfect all-terrain balance between precision control and buoyancy.

Shape Twin Asymmetrical : Twin board with one radius longer than the other. Bends are easier to hold and less tiring

G Lite 1 : The core is made from poplar (Aspen) and Paulownia, sourced close to the Mervinfactory, to ensure a lighter weight with no impact on the board's performance or robustness.

UHMW Sidewalls The sidewalls are made from UHMW, a type of elastomer, rather than the polluting ABS.

ECO Sublimated Textured Poly Top : Top Sheet organic and environmentally-friendly.

Tri-ax / Bi-Ax Fiber : biaxial and triaxial fibreglass, offers strength and pop.

Eco Sublimated Co-Ex extruded sole, quicker and easier to maintain.

La Velvet est une board freestyle pour les rideuses de niveau intermédiaire à confirmé.
Une bonne précision en carving grâce aux systèmes de carres ondulés et à l'asymétrie des rayons de courbe qui la rend vraiment incisive.
En park, la board répond très bien avec juste ce qu'il faut de rigidité pour avoir un bon pop et s'éclater sur les kickers et sur les rails tout en pouvant bien tordre la board avec de gros butters.
