L'Ultra 87 is a light touring ski from the brand Hagan.
At 1120g on the scale for a ski, theUltra 87 is one of the most versatile versions in the range while remaining ultra-light. Handling, grip and speed are its greatest qualities. This featherweight allows you to perform well on climbs, thanks in particular to the rock-structured sole , which improves glide. This is the widest ski in the Ultra range at 87mm at the base so it floats more easily in the powder.
It has very good vibration reduction with its ABS micro-channels which also make the ski more robust. The construction with an ultra-light paulownia wood core combined with carbon fibre reinforcementsto stiffen it in torsion allows it to be stable. You can ski with confidence on the most demanding terrain, whatever the quality of the snow.
Of course, it has the Quick Bullet Skin Lock, a system that allows the skin to be removed without having to remove the ski, which is very practical and effective during transitions.
