Pow 2023
As the name suggests, the Nitro Pow 2023 is a men's board based on powder/off-piste riding.
This Pow powder board is a must for all powder fans. Its atypical shape has been designed for the best off-piste descents of our resorts.
The Swallowtail shape allows the board to dive into the depths for perfect grip in deep snow. Its very wide nose allows it to float on any type of slope: cliffs or plains as far as the eye can see. Its True camber is needed to manoeuvre quickly and slalom between the trees.
This version has been improved to find a little versatility on groomed pistes. Thanks to its Progressive cut. You will gain speed at the end of turns. The edges of the Pow are bi-laminate, this helps the grip and precision of the board.
The Pow 2023 is THE board to get to discover the best off-piste and the freshest powder that fell the day before.

Camber:
Trüe Camber (classic camber): classic camber under the feet for grip, dynamism and support under the edge. A good camber guarantees stability and maximum pop. There is one camber, and that's it!
Shape:
Tapered Winglets Swallowtail: The nose is wider than the tail to improve handling and steering of the board. The swallowtail allows the back of the board to plunge into the depths of the powder to effortlessly glide through it.
Progressive Sidecut: Wider turn radius at the front of the board. Encourages increased acceleration at the end of a turn, while the nose reduces any bumps in the snow.

Flex:
7/10 All-terrain - Rigid flex. Versatile flex for guaranteed responsiveness and all-mountain pop.
Construction:
- PowerCore: poplar wood core reinforced with two stringers (wooden strip) in beech from the nose to the tail of the board to increase rigidity and pop
- Topsheet Bi-Lite Laminates: fibreglass applied in two directions perpendicularly to provide tolerance, precise snow feel and strength.
- Premium Extruded FH Base: Durability, speed, and low maintenance all in one ultra-clear base material.
Comme son nom l'indique, Pow 2023 est une board majoritairement pour le hors-piste et les champs de poudreuse fraîche.
La Pow au pied, c'est un vrai bonheur dans la neige fraîche et profonde. Il n'a jamais été aussi facile d'enchaîner des courbes et de descendre sans perdre de la vitesse dans les pentes pas trop raides. Sa forme en queue d'hirondelle fait son effet : l'accroche est présente et le plaisir de ride est là.
La Pow 2023 est utilisable sur piste damée mais ce n'est pas son terrain de jeux préféré. A grande vitesse on peut se sentir surpris par une légère perte de contrôle. Mais Nitro nous avait prévenus : la Pow a été conçue pour la powdreuse.
Les Plus : Confort en neige profonde, virages maîtrisés et sans effort.
Les Moins : Petit manque de polyvalence sur piste.
