The Mahalo is a women's splitboard from Amplid.
The Mahalo will allow adventurous riders to broaden their riding horizons with a splitboard adapted to their expectations. With its perfect design and performance, go in search of the coveted white gold!
The Mahalo is based on the all-mountain freeride model Lovelife. The Cruise Camber will bring you flotation and fluidity for your powder sessions. In addition, the camber's grip will be a source of serenity on slopes with difficult snow.
The Mahalo is not the lightest on the market, but it is one of the most reliable in its construction and behaviour. The 7/10 rigid flex allows you to maintain precision and control underneath the supports.
Its shape makes it easy to ride on the Big Mountain and for long rides. A freeride board with exemplary downhill performance, its exceptional reactivity, its explosive pop and its fluid and expressive flex make it a pleasure to enjoy every moment that will happily reward you for every metre climbed.

Flex - 6/10 - Medium/rigid flex.
Camber :
Cruise Camber (Camber+rocker) : the standard camber under the supports completed by the rocker on the nose makes the board even more lively in powder and gives the board the possibility to go everywhere.
Shape :
Tapered Directional : Classic shape with the nose slightly longer than the tail for float on unpacked snow. Tapered refers to a shape in which the tip is wider than the tail, making it easier to enter and exit turns, allowing for greater the stability at high speeds, and improved float.
All Terrain Tips : Kicked tips to improve flotation in deep snow and powder.
Core :
Knuckle Sandwich : Knuckle Sandwich construction replaces traditional materials that are prone to damage due to the specific use of a splitboard for better durability.
Lite Core : different varieties of wood treated, cut and aligned to guarantee an optimal weight/power ratio
Basalt Suspension Strips: the basalt fibre reinforcements are placed in a V shape from the points of contact to the centre of the inserts. The basalt inserts act as shock absorbers
Topsheet :
Biax Fibreglass : double layer of fibreglass applied in both directions for a reactive and tolerant board.
Sole :
Sint 7 base : premium wax-absorbing fried sole for unequalled glide
Bolted Tip Clips : use of screws instead of rivets. Easier to change in case of breakage.
Splitboard Tune: the edges are slightly rounded at the ends to make putting skins on and off easy.
