Not very difficult to understand with this name that the Nitro Magnum is a heavy duty board for experienced male snowboarders. Indeed, this powder and carving gun is designed for riders of imposing size who want a board that meets their primary needs as snowboarders: eat powder and carve!
This freeride all-mountain board with generous dimensions will suit massive snowboarders with Big Foot-like feet. Adapted to these body types and therefore offered directly in large widths, the Magnum behaves like a board with standard dimensions for effortless riding and turns in powder as well as on the slopes.
Equipped with power steering Power Pods, the Magnum is responsive and links turns together at lightning speed. The other skiers on the piste will not have time to see you go by and will only hear the sound of your edges! Thanks to its Cam-Out camber and its rockers, the Magnum is as comfortable in powder snow as it is on packed snow. It knows how to show real versatility.

- Camber:
Cam-Out (Camber+Rocker): classic camber under the feet for the grip and dynamism associated with rocker boards, offering greater float on powder and a board that is a little more tolerant than a classic camber board designed without rocker.
Shape:
Directional: classic shape with the nose slightly longer than the tail for float on unpacked snow.
Dual Degressive Sidecut: the board's dimensions mix two different curve radii. A shorter radius in the centre and two identical longer radii at the nose and tail. Overall turn radius is playful, easy and tolerant
Power Pods: The width at the heel and toe supports is wider. The result is a more responsive board that bites more quickly into the ice with improved grip. This technology offsets the edge of the rocker, so that you can firmly lock into any moves. Power Pods act like power steering.

7/10 Mountain - Very Rigid Flex. Flex offering maximum responsiveness for fast and strong riding. An explosive flex giving powerful boards to powerful riders.
- Core:
Powerlite Core: Nitro top-of-the-range core, wood core made of selected pieces from the best poplar species.
Reflex Core Profile: refined board profile between bindings for a better snow feel and a board that follows the terrain even better. The board works more easily.
- Topsheet:
Bi-Lite Laminates: fibreglass applied in two directions perpandicular to each other to provide tolerance, precise snow feel, and strength.
- Base:
Sintered Speed Formula HD base: abrasion resistant sole with high wax absorption capacity for very fast speed setting.
Une très bonne planche all mountain pour les pieds larges. Un planche directionnelle précise, conçue pour les riders qui n'arrivaient pas à trouver snowboard à leur pied! Facile à manœuvrer, son shape directionnel est parfaitement dosé pour engager des courbes franches sans perdre de réactivité lors des changements de carre.
La Magnum offre un très bon ressenti de la piste malgré son côté imposant notamment grâce à son patin aminci par le Reflex Core Profile. La Magnum se conduit finalement avec facilité.
