Equipped with the new Progressive Flex Highback spoiler with a medium flex of 6/10, theOrion is an accessible and versatile binding, suitable for multi-practice use, including freestyle. With good rigidity and maximum responsiveness, the Skate Tech system ensures excellent power transfer between your boots and your board.
The Orion are equipped with two straps for optimal support: The ankle strap Comfort Flex, 3D moulded for even pressure distribution on the skin, and the new toe strap 3D Flex Fit 2.0 designed in stretch material to fit all boot shapes easily. The straps can be adjusted to provide more support or more flex. This way you can adapt your bindings to your style and board. Surf mode brings more precision, while Freeride mode brings rigidity. The Orion is also equipped with a wider Hanger 3.0, base for a better fit for boots.
Considered the most affordable binding model from Jones, the Orion will suit any versatile rider who wants to be comfortable.

Progressive Flex Highback: More rigid at the bottom, it becomes softer at the top for a precise and playful binding sensation. Multiple positions possible.

Baseplate:
Skate Tech : The Skate Techtechnology inspired by skateboard trucks works thanks to two pivot points located on both sides of the base. This pivot point connects the base plate to the fixing disc. This raised pivot point provides a more efficient lever arm from the base to the board. The design of the base created by this pivot point makes the base more rigid and allows you to transfer maximum energy from your support directly to the edges and no longer from the centre of the board.
Hanger 3.0 Nylon Reinforced with 30% Fiberglass : The Hangers are the "bridges" transferring energy from the pivot point to the contact points located closer to the edges. Nylon base reinforced with 30% fibreglass. The model 3.0 is lighter and has shorter edges to promote ankle mobility.
Straps:
Comfort Flex Ankle Straps: 3D moulded ankle strap to distribute pressure evenly on the skin. Compatible with Flip-it Strap: you can invert them to get either surf or freeride sensations.
3D Flex Fit 2.0 Toe Straps : Toe strap made of stretchy material to fit all boot shapes.
Quickdraw Pro 320 Probe: Closing system that speeds up entry to and exit from the binding.
