No subject to promotional offersThe Burton Mission is an all-mountain snowboard binding for intermediate to advanced level riders that are looking for a versatile, well-performing and accessible binding. Inspired by the Cartel, the Mission is also made out of fiber glass to strengthen the baseplate and make it lighter.
The Mission is fitted with Hammockstrap™ 2.0 straps which have become essential to achieve higher levels of comfort. These "magic" straps have completely done away with pinch points. The days of circulation being cut off are long gone!
Featuring Zero Forward Lean spoiler adjustment, the Mission's asymmetrical spoiler allows for precise adjustment of the optimum angle depending on what you want to use the snowboard for. This means the Mission is a non-compromising binding that is just as suited to freestyling as it is to freeriding. For softer landings after jumps, the medium cushioning of the FullBED™ Cushioning System reduces the shock of the impact.
When you want to plunge straight into big powder or achieve some massive carves on groomed runs, this binding's medium flex (6/10) guarantees comfort while carving and absorbs vibrations.

Cushioning - 6/10: Medium cushioning. The FullBED Cushioning System is composed of double density EVA foam that reduces fatigue and improves board control, no matter what your stance and adjustment angle is. An additional Under-Baseplate Dampening Pad located between the baseplate and the board reduces vibrations as well as the indentations left by bindings on the board. It also improves the flex and the responsiveness of the snowboard.
Baseplate - Single-Component 30% Short-Glass/Nylon Composite Re:Flex: a single-component baseplate constructed of 30% fibreglass and the rest in different densities of nylon. The ideal build for getting a better feel for the terrain.
spoiler - Single-Component Canted Living Hinge Zero Forward Lean spoiler with DialFLAD™: The Zero-Lean Canted spoiler is a spoiler that can be adjusted to 0°, in other words the spoiler is vertical for a more playful and relaxed stance. The DialFLAD™ system allows the spoiler to be adjusted depending on what you're using it for: a wide angle for good grip on ice or no angle at all for a relaxed jib! The lightweight 2-part spoiler perfectly moulds to the shape of the boot while the spring mechanism builds momentum. Living Hinge™ is designed to make bindings lighter. It also allows you to independently adjust your forward lean adjuster.
Straps -Hammockstrap™ 2.0, Supergrip Capstrap™: the streamline, asymmetrical strap envelops your boots even better. With its latticed, streamlined design, this strap creates either a flexible hold or one that is securely fixed for a challenging run. Reduces pinch points. Reversible so you can choose between a firm hold and fluidity. The Flex slider allows the reinforced heel strap to open as wide as it will go so you can get strapped in even faster.
