You save time when you put on your clothes at 4am for a ridge race at dawn!

The durable water repellent finish (DWR) repels light rain and snow and reduces the fabric drying time. Working with the waterproof/breathable membrane, the durable (DWR) water-repellent coating prevents the fabric soaking up moisture, so that the breathable membrane can work effectively. |
