The Lexa X Est® from Burton has the same characteristics as the Lexa X, except it's lighter, stiffer and has softer cushioning for lively edge switches and even more committed jumps. This Est® binding version also provides more feel due to increased direct contact with the board. The Lexa X Est® are All-Mountain freeride bindings that will perfectly complete your all-mountain snowboard and give you the best board/bindings combo for days of riding on any terrain.
More affordable than the Escapade, the Lexa X Est®are by no means less comfortable thanks to their asymmetrical Hammockstrap™ straps with a lattice structure that perfectly fits to the boots The Lexa X Est® version offers a medium flex. The B3 Gel cushioning along with the SensoryBED cushioning system are designed to remain flexible and provide optimal protection during high landings.
The DialFLAD adjustment system enables you to choose between a very wide lean angle of the spoiler, for increased stability needed when freestyle riding, or a narrower angle for powder rides.
Performing at the same level as the Esacapade Est®, the main difference between the two models is the slightly stiffer spoiler on the Lexa X Est® which brings more precision and responsiveness especially in freeride.
The Lexa X Est® are the perfect all-mountain freeride bindings which combine performance and comfort for advanced riders who want to tear down the slopes!!
Cushioning :
- The SensoryBED cushioning system is compatible with the EST® mounting system, offering exceptional control and a comfortable connection to the snowboard.
- The B3 gel cushioning is designed not to harden at low temperatures and can withstand repeated impacts without breaking down.
Baseplate:
- The single-component construction of the baseplate features only one material throughout, providing a consistent response and feel whatever the terrain.
- Nylon composite material with 30% fibreglass for more intense responsiveness.
Spoiler:
- The Heel Hammock features a reinforced rubber material which wraps around the heel, providing full suspension for extremely fast response
- The DialFLAD system is a rotational dial system that enables you to adjust the forwards incline angle of the spoiler.
Straps:
- The Asym Hammockstrap™ ankle strap features a durable and discreet design, allowing you to lock your position and give you instant control of your snowboard.
- The Supergrip Capstrap™ 2.0 toestrap wraps the toe area and has a fully injected construction to reduce waste.
Buckles:
- The Double Take buckles offer faster slip on, tongue adjustment and tightening with fewer cranks for greatly improved strength, speed, and ease-of-use.
Mounting System :
- The EST® mounting system has no hardwear underfoot. It features a flexible sole for a better feel on the snowboard, and offers the widest range of stance options.
Can only be mounted on snowboards equipped with The Channel® mounting system.
All Burton binding baseplates have a LIFETIME WARRANTY and spoilers and straps have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
