Product not eligible for returnThe Kilroy 3D is a freestyle snowboard from Burton, designed for intermediate and advanced riders.
This board is equipped with a PurePop Camber. It is light and ensures successful tricks in your favorite parks! This camber is particularly efficient on packed snow on the slopes, as well as on more difficult and technical terrain. Its FSC™ Certified Super Fly® 800 Core made from from is strong and full of pop.
The Kilroy 3D features a new 3D construction, which eliminates contact points and creates a smooth ride. Finally, the Squeezebox construction makes the board profile thicker at the bindings and thinner between the bindings as well as at the nose and tail, for a more flexible Kilroy 3D. More control with less effort!
The Kilroy 3D is dynamic and playful: riders will have lots of fun doing their best tricks!
Camber - PurePop : The PurePop Camber profile has subtle flat areas to amplify pop and add fun.
Shape :Directional : The directional shape is the classic snowboard shape, designed for a ride with a nose that is slightly longer than the tail in order to concentrate pop in the tail, while offering a lot of float, fluidity and control on all terrains and in all conditions.
Flex - Twin : The Twin Flex is perfectly symmetrical from nose to tail for a balanced and versatile ride in a classic or switch style.
Core - - FSC® Certified Super Fly® 800G Core with Dualzone® EGD® and Squeezebox: The Super Fly 800G core is a highly dynamic two-wood core with laminations of hard and soft wood to reduce overall weight without limiting performance. The wood grain designed with Dualzone EGD is positioned along the edges under the toes and heel in two continuous areas, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge grip and enhanced energy.
Fiberglass - Triax® : Triax fiberglass offers versatile flex and response for all types of riding, from smooth to intense.
Base - Sintered The solid, ultra-porous sintered sole offers increased durability and wax absorption for a better gliding experience
Technology:
- The Channel® : The Channel® snowboard mounting system is designed to allow you to find the perfect position, and is compatible with the major brands' bindings.
-Frostbite Edges : edges that extend out slightly around the mountings for better edge grip.
- Epoxy Super Sap® Super Sap® is a resin made from biological materials which reduces the carbon footprint by 50% compared to conventional petroleum-based epoxies. Reduced oil consumption means a smaller carbon footprint for every snowboard, which definitely works in our favour.
- Infinite Ride™: a technology which ensures that the snowboard retains its initial flex, pop and behaviour throughout its lifespan.
-Pro-Tip™ : the nose and tail are thinner than the rest of the board for more lightness and better handling.
