Description

The men's Kazu Kokubo Pro from Capita is an all-mountain freeride snowboard for riders of an advanced level.

From the "Alpine Assault Force", range the Kazu Kokubo Pro is the best of powder boards in the all-mountain domain. Totally versatile, the Kazu Kokubo Pro has all the necessary characteristics to face any challenge.

In terms of off-piste, the Kazu Kokubo Pro is ready to lift off with its setback, a directional shape with a large and more pronounced front tip. The Kazu Kokubo Pro is able to perform well in powder and hold the bar on difficult terrain.

On the piste, the Kazu Kokubo Pro is reliable and grippy with its positive camber and several reinforcements that stiffen the board for a good hold when turning. The board benefits from an excellent energy restitution during its tensioning, which gives it an incisive, almost aggressive character.

The Kazu Kokubo Pro is an all-mountain board dedicated to big-mountain freestylers who want to charge into the thick stuff.

Camber:

Radial/ True Twin: Symmetrical board in terms of dimensions and flex. Ideal for freestyle riding and jibbing. A so-called radial sidecut allows the board to start and finish its turn on the same curve.

Shape:

Radical Taper: This sidecut is made for powder snow but is very versatile and is completed by a tapered tail. This narrower tail flows naturally so that the powder position with the nose up is more natural. Less effort, more fun!

Materials/Technologies :

Core:
- Panda Hover Core: ultra versatile core designed to be more freestyle oriented. Lightened for more comfort, it is no less solid thanks to the reinforcements made of Bamboo rods.
- Amplitex Amplifier: flax fibre reinforcements woven with carbon. Offers the energy and responsiveness of carbon and the lightness of flax.
- Skinless Core Ash Woodgrain Topsheet: The wood of the topsheet is not resin coated but simply treated to allow a unique finish and lighter weight.
- FULL ABS1000 Sidewalls: durable ABS sidewalls

Topsheet:
- HolySheet Fiberglass & Magic Bean Resin: Fibreglass placed above and below the core to ensure strength, durability and optimum performance. The Magic Bean Resin is made from 60% recycled materials and beans!
- PLT Topsheet Technology
- Multitech Level 6 DeepSpace TM Silkscreen + PAM16000 Topsheet

Base:
- HyperDrive base: new version of sintered base in ultra high density polyethylene, designed with additives and high molecular weight to obtain a high quality anti-friction base. Fastest and most solid base in the range.
- Moonshot Pro-Tune

Team review
