Designed with a classic camber and directional shape, the
Triax fibreglass is consistent with the type of board. It is a technology used for versatile boards which meets the needs of the majority of riders.
In short,
Camber - Directional camber : The directional camber profile has camber under both feet for optimal stability in deep turns and variable conditions, and a Rocker nose which provides height and better float.
Shape - Directional (taper: 10mm): Its directional shape is designed with a nose that is slightly longer than tail in order to concentrate pop in the tail, while providing a lot of float, fluidity and control on all terrains and in all conditions.
- Directional flex: provides more dynamism on the tail and a more flexible nose which allow the rider to keep control on all terrains and in all conditions.
Core - FSC® Certified Super Fly II® 700G Core with Dualzone® EGD® and Squeezebox : The Super Fly II 700G core features a stronger, lighter wood to provide a high level of responsiveness and strength, while reducing overall weight. Wood grain is designed with Dualzone EGD and positioned along the edges, under the toe and heel in two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge hold and enhanced energy.
Fiberglass - Triax® : Triax fiberglass offers versatile flex and response for all types of riding, from smooth to intense.
Base - Sintered WFO : The WFO sintered base features a specially formulated wax deep into the pores of its high-density, extra absorbent recycled material, making it extremely durable for season-long riding in all conditions.
Technology:
- The Channel® : The Channel® snowboard mounting system is designed to allow you to find the perfect position, and is compatible with the major brands' bindings.
- Frostbite Edges : edges that extend out slightly around the mountings for better edge grip.
- Epoxy Super Sap® Super Sap® is a resin made from biological materials that reduces the carbon footprint by 50% compared to conventional petroleum-based epoxies. Reduced oil consumption means a smaller carbon footprint for every snowboard, which definitely works in our favour.
- Infinite Ride™: this technology ensures that the snowboard retains its initial flex, pop and behaviour throughout its lifespan.
- Pro-Tip™: the nose and tail are thinner than the rest of the board, for more lightness and improved handling.
La Leader Board est la board de confort par excellence. Quel que soit l'inclinaison de la pente, la profondeur de la neige et les conditions, les sensations et le contrôle sont toujours là.
Cette board inspire confiance par sa stabilité. Même quand on la brusque un peu elle ne bronche pas. Elle tourne toute seule et les virages sont faciles, un vrai bonheur !
En bref, on se sent bien une fois la Leader Board au pied. C'est la board parfaite pour progresser en backcountry sont trop galérer et se faire peur.
