No subject to promotional offersThe Counter Jr Mips Slate Fade helmet is a kids' competition ski helmet from Smith.
This FIS (Fédération International de Ski) certified helmet MIPS and Koroyd systems. It features Koroyd® shock absorption technology for energy absorbing yet lightweight impact protection. The artificial EPP foam core improves the durability of the helmet in impact areas. Its MIPS system creates a sliding layer between the outer shell and the head. This allows the outer shell of the helmet to slide relative to the head as it hits the ground, thus reducing the force of rotation and its ability to damage your brain.
There is also an anti-microbial XT2 lining that controls odour from perspiration. It is easy to handle thanks to the Fidlock chin strap which allows one-handed adjustment. For competition, it is compatible with a slalom chinstrap and the liner and ear pads reduce sound interference for 100% concentration!
The Counter J Mips is comfortable and therefore offers a high level of protection, ideal for children.
