With its tolerant flex and its biaxial topsheet, the Compact is soft under the supports and easy to turn thanks to its twin directional shape. A board adapted for beginner riders, the Compact is not a cheap board without personality
The Directional Hybrid Rocker camber rockerrs will allow you to launch yourself into the fresh snow and manoeuvre easily during your first freeride runs.
Whether on or off-piste, upside down or the right way up, smooth or fast, the Compact will let you know what kind of rider you really are!

Shape:
Quadratic Sidecut: a clever mix of 3 different turn radii to make turning easier. The Quadratic Sidecut is adapted to the shape and size of the board, of course!
Camber Directional Hybrid : Camber between the feet for excellent responsiveness and two rockers at the ends. A long rocker in the front to improve lift in powder and manoeuvrability on all types of snow and a shorter rocker in the back for very good manoeuvrability in pop and easy switch riding.
Construction:
WMNS Performance Core™: Specially developed for young skiers. It is a very strong aspen core, combined with bamboo for its flex and paulownia for its light weight. A perfect blend of strength and lightness.
Single Impact Plates: reinforcement plate under each of the binding areas. Improves resistance when compressed and reduces the risk of breaking.
Fiberglass Bi-axial Glass: glass fibres placed perpendicular to each other. For boards that are not too rigid and tolerant.
Base: Extruded in Ptex 1500 which, absorbs wax well and is easy to maintain.
Technology:
Thin Con: all RIDE boards have a refined nose and tail. The aim is to reduce weight, facilitate the use of the ends and promote durability.
Slimewalls®: The board's edges are made of urethane (the same material used to make skateboard wheels) that cushions and smoothes out imperfections in the track, rails or modules. Theoretically unbreakable, these are the most resistant snowboard edges.
Roll In Construction: 3D construction around Slimewall edges to increase rigidity, prevent the topsheet from disintegrating and reduce weight over the board.
2X4 Inserts: compatible with 2*4 and 4*4 bindings.
La Compact 2022 offre une excellente prise en main, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise sur son shape twin directionnel. Il permet de se faire plaisir partout, et de sortir des pistes quand la neige le permet. Une vraie planche polyvalente pour progresser et se faire plaisir en toutes circonstances. Et puis elle conviendra aussi aux rideuses qui veulent une planche accessible de freestyle.
