The Beast 108 is a cross-country ski designed to take advantage of the wild summits and enjoy beautiful descents in fresh snow. The Beast range includes quality and high-performance products to satisfy all ski tourers!
The Beast 108 will delight hikers who love to explore the mountains and have fun in the powder snow! With its 88 mm mid-section, it is the most versatile ski offered by the range. It possesses a Full Sidewall construction combined with a hybrid core of paulownia and ash, to reduce the weight of the ski. The intelligent and well-placed integration of carbon fibre and fibreglass also contributes to reducing the weight of the ski and provides the necessary stability in difficult snow conditions.
Geometrically speaking, the Beast 108 has a lateral geometry and rockers adapted to the length of the ski, to ensure constant ski/snow contact, for optimal balance whatever the length of the ski. Its double elliptical rocker allows the length of the edges to be adapted to any type of situation. The Snow Off topsheet reduces the grip of the snow on the ski to save weight when climbing compared to a conventional surface. Snow stuck on the surface is a thing of the past!

Construction:
Ash - Paulownia Core:
By combining very robust ash and very light poplar, Dynafit has developed this reactive core with excellent elastic and cushioning properties. This configuration positively influences the power transmission to the edges and ensures excellent stability at high speeds.
Presence of carbon fibre/glass and aluminium fibres.
Full Sidewall
The use of ABS along the entire length of the edge guarantees maximum shock absorption.
Tip Rocker:
The progressive and regular radius in the direction of the tip ensures a harmonious flex when hitting the front. Whether in hard snow or coarse salt, the rocker functions as a shock absorber that guarantees stability.
Tail Rocker:
Slightly progressive radius for good control, even on steep terrain, icy slopes and at high speeds.
Ride Tip:
The special carbon element at the tip makes for a lighter ski, reducing vibrations and oscillatory movements. The ski becomes more stable, especially in difficult and changing conditions, resulting in better shock absorption and greater precision in turns.
Double Ellipse Rocker
The two elliptical curves work in tandem to adapt the edge length to all types of situations.

The Dynafit Beast 108 is a ski that is very comfortablein powder and off-piste thanks to its wide base and double rocker, worthy of a freeride ski, but still rather light for ascents. Of course it won't allow you to climb the steepest peaks but it's not made for that, its favourite domain is powder and it will succeed very well to take you to your favorite spots.
