Airbag Reactor Flex 18 Pro

The Pro Flex 18 Reactor is an airbag backpack from Arva specially designed for demanding and intensive use on freeride days.

Ultra-strong and versatile, this bag offers a volume of 18 litres as well as numerous compartments to stay organized while keeping the rest of the contents of the bag easily accessible. This is the ideal bag for all day-long freeride outings! There is a large main compartment, a quick access front "safety" pocket for your shovel and probe, and a small fleece pocket on the top for your goggles. You can carry your skis or snowboard thanks to the A-Frame attachment straps as well as ice axes.

What also makes this bag so great is its versatility. The 3-in-1 3D Fit straps makes it perfect for any body shape. You can also adjust the height of the back as well as the height of the release handle. This gives you excellent freedom of movement and incomparable lightness. Finally, thanks to the Flex technology, you can adapt the removable part to suit your needs. This backpack is also compatible with a hydration system.


About the REACTOR airbag system :

The Reactor airbag system has been developed to prioritise the three following criteria: lightweight, practicality and comfort. This backpack has a double airbag with a total capacity of 150 litres combined with a double inflation system. The shape and positioning of the airbags are designed to maximise upwards motion during an avalanche.

The inflation system is designed to be compact and lightweight (680g), while optimising performance in real life situations. All of these innovations have been the objective of three patenting applications. The Reactor system can be detached from the backpack and transferred to another compatible bag.


Please note : while this bag is equipped with the Reactor system, it is without the trigger cartridge (gas bottle).
