The Trilogy Jorasses 4S GTX Black is a mountaineering boot from the brand Millet.

High-performance and protective, this lightweight mountaineering boot has been designed for technical climbs all year round. Featuring a membrane GORE-TEX® and thermal protection, it keeps you warm in temperatures as low as -10°C and protects you from the elements in extreme environments.

Its lugged sole Vibram® Nanga Litebase grips firmly on slippery surfaces to make every step more stable in extreme conditions, whilst its compatibility with semi-automatic crampons will take you on stunning glacial walking and other dedicated alpine ascents.

Reinforced on both sides, the Trilogy Jorasses 4S GTX provides excellent protection for your feet against the elements at high altitudes. Its mid-height shaft provides reassuring and much-needed ankle support, whilst remaining flexible enough for climbing and ensuring comfort; its system BOA® Fit ensures a personalised and precise fit, adjustable in two simple movements, even whilst wearing gloves.

VIBRAM® LITEBASE

Vibram® Litebase is an innovative technology designed to significantly reduce the weight of the sole by reducing the thickness of the rubber, whilst maintaining the layout and structure of the lugs, thereby delivering the same performance as a thicker sole. This technology Vibram® Litebase enables the sole thickness to be reduced by around 40 to 50 per cent, from 1.7 mm to 0.5 / 0.9 mm, depending on the type of sole, resulting in a weight reduction of 25 to 30 per cent. The substantial reduction in the thickness of the rubber does not compromise the sole’s grip, durability or the risk of cuts.
