MTB socks
MTB socks have been designed and created especially for the sport of mountain biking. They have padding on the shin and malleolus for enhanced protection of these areas. The padding in MTB socks is often made from honeycomb foam, which provides a high level of shock absorption. Some MTB socks can also be used as a substitute to shin guards, which some riders find too bulky.
