Verso 2 Green
Verso 2 is a belay device from Petzl.
This belay device is designed for several different climbing disciplines, whether indoors or on crags.... It is very easy to use and is above all, very light. It can also be used to rappel. It is a must have for anyone learning to climb.
Ultra versatile, the Verso 2 is compatible with a very large majority of rope diameters (see technical features).
The Verso 2 is also very easy to use, letting the rope pass smoothly, which protects the rope from premature wear and tear.

Suitable for all rope diameters:
- V-shaped friction grooves enable controlled braking
- compatible with dynamic single ropes 8.5 to 11 mm
- compatible with dynamic half ropes 7.1 to 9.2 mm
- compatible with dynamic twin ropes 6.9 to 9.2 mm
Easy to use:
- classic belay technique with both hands on the rope
- ropes glide smoothly through the device
- can be used for rappels
- rope installation diagrams for belaying and rappelling engraved on the device
Durable and lightweight:
- increased durability, thanks to the rounded design of the rope slots, limiting wear and tear of the device
