So you can have a 5L bag for shorter races or choose a 12L bag to carry more equipment for longer races. Two pockets hold two 500mL water bottles with tubes, which are also supplied with the waistcoat.

Each size can be adjusted with a simple elasticated drawstring in the pocket and chest straps.
