MTB helmet - Unisex -
The Tectal Race Mips NFC Hydrogen White/Fluorescent Orange Avip from POC is a lightweight helmet, perfect for trail riding, enduro and MTB, offering enhanced protection and ventilation.
Made with a resistant, In-Mold durable polycarbonate construction, this helmet also features a reinforced EPS lining for enhanced protection and comfort. Furthermore, the technology MIPS absorbs the rotational energy generated during side-impact falls, thereby reducing the impact on the brain, whilst an Aramid bridge provides additional protection against impacts or sharp objects.
This helmet also features effective ventilation openings to keep you cool on the ascent and descent, as well as a reflector RECCO® and a medical twICEme® NFC identification chip for added security. Finally, the lightweight adjustment dial system allows for precise and comfortable adjustment.

| MIPS | Multi-directional impact protection system: MIPS® is a revolutionary technology that mimics the brain’s natural protection system. The low-friction layer of the MIPS® system creates a sliding margin between the helmet and the head, offering enhanced protection against brain injury caused by violent rotational forces during oblique impacts. |
| Recco® | RECCO® is an avalanche rescue system used worldwide to help locate people quickly. The two-part system comprises a detector used by rescuers and reflectors that are integrated into the clothes. A set of them enables quick tracking using radar, but does not replace the use of transceivers. |
| twICEme® NFC Medical ID | The twICEme® NFC medical identification chip provides access to essential medical and emergency contact details. The NFC writing feature is available on most Android phones, as well as on the iPhone 7 and newer models running iOS 13 or later updates. |
