The Swift 48 2R Eco Dry 8,9Mm Assorted Colours brand's Edelrid rope is a versatile dynamic rope ideal for mountaineering and cliff climbing.

It is certified for single, double and combineduse, offering great flexibility to suit your needs. Its polyamide manufacture incorporates technology ECO DRY, a comprehensive treatment of the sheath and core that guarantees excellent water resistance, dust resistance and mud resistance, with water absorption of less than 2% according to the Standard UIAA Water Repellent. It also benefits from heat THERMO SHIELDtreatment, which ensures lasting flexibility by perfectly aligning the fibres to prevent the rope from shrinking or hardening.

Ready to use without requiring soaking thanks to its technology 3D LAP COIL, this rope is coiled into a skein for easy handling. It is certified bluesign® PRODUCT, guaranteeing an eco-friendly and environmentally conscious product. TREATMENT THERMO SHIELD	This is the basic treatment applied to all ropes to ensure their renowned flexibility Edelrid. The treatment involves a thermal process that perfectly aligns the core and sheath wires. A special heat treatment relaxes and then shrinks the fibres of the rope. This harmonises the sliding characteristics of the strands within the rope, making it flexible and compact. The result is the creation of ropes that will not shrink retrospectively or stiffen quickly.
3D LAP COIL	No pre-soaking is necessary before the first use. The ropes with which they are equipped are wound into skeins.
ECO DRY	Complete treatment,Edelridwhich means that both the sheath and the core of the rope are chemically treated to resist water, dust and mud. Water absorption less than 2% according to the test UIAA Water Repellent.
