Storm 450 Octane

The Storm 450 Octane headlamp from Black Diamond is technical and versatile for adventurers looking for high-performing equipment.

Featuring PowerTap™ technology that instantly switches from full intensity to dimmed light, this headlamp has RVB night vision as well as several settings such as full power, dimmer or flashing. It can be switched on quickly using a two-button interface and has faceted reflectors.

To recharge it, you have two options; power it using the included three alkaline batteries or with 1500 Li-ion rechargeable batteries sold separately. This gives you maximum versatility! It is waterproof and can be used under 1m of water for at least 30 minutes. If submerged, some water may get into the battery compartment without impairing the lamp's performance. The lockout mode prevents accidental use in your bag or pocket.
