The outer fabric DRILITEⓇ LOFT is completely windproof and highly water-resistant, easily shedding snow and drying quickly. Inside the jacket, the synthetic insulation POLARLOFTⓇ provides resilient warmth. The Mountain Insulated fit allows it to be worn over all other layers if necessary.
From a practical standpoint, this down jacket features a fully adjustable hood and can be worn with a climbing helmet. The reinforced visor helps maintain your field of vision even in strong winds or when wearing glasses or a mask. The jacket also includes multiple pockets, including 2 external hand pockets positioned for easy access when wearing a backpack or climbing harness.
The Shelterstone Jacket combines high levels of protection with the mobility required for climbing and mountaineering when you need to keep moving in the worst conditions. Exceptionally durable!

| DRILITE® LOFT 40D | The original Drilite® Loft, launched nearly 30 years ago, was years ahead of its time: a highly breathable, lightweight and very water-repellent fabric. These three characteristics are still present in modern Drilite® Loft fabrics. Drilite® Loft uses a polyurethane membrane bonded to the back of a nylon face to provide significantly improved water resistance, exceeding a hydrostatic head of 1500 mm.
