Sock-Fit PlusFeaturing this construction, the shoe Ribelle Iceslips on like a sock and moulds perfectly to the body shape of your foot, ensuring maximum precision with every step. You’ll have no trouble putting them on thanks to the tear strips at the top of the upper. When it comes to clamping, it Ribelle Ice features a micrometric Boa adjustment system that ensures a quick and ultra-precise fit in all circumstances. This is combined with an additional velcro strap above the ankle for even greater stability.
The outer fabric, made from water-resistant microfibers, is combined with a membrane Win-Therm to provide optimum protection. You’ll also find a lining that combines technology Primaloft for effective warmth and technology Polartec for water resistance and breathability. Finally, a removable thermal gaiter made from Lycra and TPU is included to offer you even more protection and insulation against the outer elements.
In the toe area, the shoes are reinforced with a rubber edge, and the insert Heel Hooking is modelled on that of a Climbing shoe, ensuring optimum performance on challenging sections. Finally, the Ribelle Ice is fitted with a carbon sole secured by six screws.
This model is compatible with dry-tooling crampons (no supply).

High-performance thermal insulation with water-repellent properties. Microfibers provide warmth, lightness and softness for the manufacture of high-quality sportswear.
Polartec Windbloc®
A polyurethane membrane that is resistant to the most aggressive environmental conditions, whilst allowing moisture vapour to escape to the outer environment. This resilient membrane structure can be applied to both knitted and woven fabrics, enabling reinforcement of protection against the elements to Windbloc ® be incorporated into any design style.
Win-Therm®
Innovative technology that enables active thermal insulation. The Wintherm® lining consists of a blend of textile fibres and an aluminium microfilm. The fibres used in Wintherm® linings prevent heat from escaping, whilst the aluminium microfilm reflects the heat back towards its source – that is, the wearer.
Boa® Fit System
A single-disc clamping system designed to deliver an unprecedented level of performance. It consists of three integrated parts: a disc with a micro-adjustment mechanism, a thin, lightweight and highly durable lacing cable made of stainless steel reinforced with Nylon, and low-friction lace guides. These components ensure a consistent fit across the set upper of the shoe. Each unique configuration is designed to ensure a quick, effortless and precise fit.
