With its 8-litre capacity, you can carry all your essential running gear, including up to two 500 ml flasks (not included) in the front pockets, plus a 2-litre reservoir (not included) in the rear compartment, along with clothes and energy bars. The vest also features four quick-access pockets on the front for added convenience.
For simple and precise adjustment, side and chest straps are included. Stability and comfort are guaranteed regardless of the intensity of your effort. For added functionality, pole attachment straps allow you to carry your poles when the terrain flattens out and you no longer need them.
