Designed for technical climbing at high altitude and ice climbing, this lined boot will allow you to confidently tackle your expeditions in the most extreme conditions.
In terms of thermal insulation, it features an inner liner made of PrimaLoft® Black Performance, an ultra-efficient insulating material composed of 70% soft recycled fibres that dry quickly. The HDry membrane will effectively protect you from moisture that could enter the boot. To perfect waterproofing, the long YKK® zip providing access to the liner is waterproof.
This boot has been designed for durability: the gaiter and the entire upper are made from a highly abrasion- and water-resistant fabric. The upper part of the Phantom 6000 HD is made from S-tech Shoeller, a technical elastic and water-repellent fabric that adds agility to the whole. Finally, to increase protection, a protective rand surrounds the lower part of the boot for enhanced insulation and impact protection.
Polyurethane reinforcements at the endpiece provide protection and support. The boot is easy to put on thanks to pull tabs and a strap closure. The quick-pull cord laces allow for a snug fit that gradually wraps the foot. The new sole unit has been improved with the Precision Tech Roll AC/D, providing additional performance. This durable sole guarantees excellent grip. The two front and rear overhangs allow the use of all types of crampons (automatic, semi-automatic, and universal).
