The Paragon 40 Rc Cascade Green backpack from Gregory is an innovative men's backpack that fills the gap between ultralight minimalist packs and over-equipped bags.

The result is a comfortable and functional pack, ideal for day hikes. Its 40-litre capacity allows you to easily carry all your necessary gear. The alloy frame and its transverse reinforcements in fibreglass provide stable load management and good torsional flexibility.

It features the hybrid suspension system Freefloat, combining the lightness and fit of the mesh belt with the comfort and stability of a 3D AirCushion back panel, ensuring excellent contact and better back ventilation. The best of both worlds combined in one pack. For even more comfort, the back system and belt are adjustable to perfectly integrate with the Paragon 40.

On the practical side, there is a movable top pocket with a large zippered compartment, expandable mesh pockets on both sides, one with side access. The main pocket features a drawcord closure with top strap compression. New this year, an expandable mesh pocket has been added to the left shoulder strap to hold a pair of glasses, a small water flask, or even a snack.

Highly functional, it is compatible with the 3D Hydro Reservoir hydration system and includes a rain cover with its dedicated pocket. The QuickStow system allows you to attach your sunglasses to the shoulder strap for quick access. A fixing loop is present to carry your poles or ice axes.
