The double-sided design (an open-weave inner layer overlaid with an outer layer that absorbs moisture) allows perspiration to wick away to the outside, keeping your skin dry.
The close-fitting hood and high collar, which acts as a neck warmer, protect you from the cold without adding bulk. Thumb loops help keep the knit in place and retain warmth, even during movement.
