The Meteora is a women's climbing, mountaineering and ski touring helmet from Petzl.
Thanks to an In-Mold construction mixed with injected EPS foam and a very thin polycarbonate shell, the Meteora weighs only 225 g, which means that you can forget about it while still protecting your head. This helmet offers perfect ventilation for intensive use in summer and winter, and will prevent you from overheating when the slope becomes steeper.
It is equipped with Top and Side Protection technology which guarantees better protection from the top, as well as from the sides.
The Meteora is certified for a wide range of uses, both in winter and summer. The helmet is designed to provide protection in any situation. Not to mention that it will be perfect for your climbing and high mountain trips this summer.
In terms of accessories, the Petzl Meteora has a rear elastic band for securing ski googles, a headband adjustment system that can be easily adjusted even with your gloves on, and two clips for attaching your headlamp. It has a ski mask-friendly design, because comfort and style are not to be neglected!
And to top it all off, it has a wider cut-out to make room for your ponytail, which is highly appreciated.
