The Himalaya GTX MFS is a long-distance hiking shoe ideal for long treks, challenging trails, snowshoeing, etc. The Himalaya GTX MFS is equipped with a very high stone guard, a Vibram® trek sole with a PVC cushioning and Delrain rear inserts compatible with semi-automatic crampons. Its very robust construction combined with its Gore-Tex® membrane result in an extremely versatile shoe.
Thanks to the Memory Foam System (MFS) developped by Meindl, the shoe fits perfectly to the foot. A special combination of foams is used for the stem padding. The foam deforms when heated by the body temperature of its user, and accurately matches the morphology of the foot. The new design of the bracelet enhances the fit. With these shoes, neither pinching nor pressure bothers the foot.An key reference in mountain footwear!

Digafix®:
A diagonal and flexible design that does not put pressure on the instep. The laces tighten the right spots, the hook is placed a bit further at the top, and therefore less outward, avoiding any discomfort. Digafix® ensures perfect lacing and optimal fit.
