The Hekla 2 brand’s all-weather Ferrino tent is designed to provide reliable and comfortable shelter during your camping trips and light expeditions, even in difficult conditions.

This two-seater model features dual entry points and two apses, optimizing storage space and making it easier for occupants to get in and out. Waterproofing is ensured by heat-sealed seams on the flysheet (with a waterproof rating of 5,000 mm) and the groundsheet (with a waterproof rating of 8,000 mm), whilst the corners, reinforced by a three-layer construction, provide enhanced strength. In addition, a thermal insulation coating applied to the flysheet and floor helps to maintain a stable internal temperature and insulate against ground damp. The doors are fitted with full-length mosquito nets, providing excellent ventilation whilst keeping insects out. The tent also features a flame-retardant finish and a DWR water-repellent finish for enhanced protection against the elements.

This versatile tent features ventilation flaps fitted with a storm-proof system, ensuring optimal air circulation whilst protecting you from the wind. There are guy-out points at the corners of the floor, allowing the tent to be pitched using ice axes, skis or poles on snow-covered ground. The tent’s visibility is enhanced by its reflective guy ropes, and a tightening system at the lower corners of the flysheet ensures a stable and taut structure. In the interior, there is a hook for hanging a lamp. The included storage bags and repair kit make it easy to transport the equipment and carry out any repairs in the field.
