The Freelite 1 is a tent for hiking from MSR. This is the solo 1-person version of the Freelite range.
With all the features you expect from MSR, the Freelite 1 offers extremely light weight and optimum compactness without sacrificing living space. It is the lightest of the self-supporting tents in the MSR range. Designed to lighten your bag when you're away for the weekend or a week in the wilderness, the FreeLite 1 tent saves you time and energy in your outdoor activities.
Whether you're cycling around the Lake District in England or hiking for a multi-day trek in the Mont Blanc massif, this complete double wall ultralight tent allows you to enjoy your outing to the full. With its unified self-supporting pole system, the Easton® Syclone™, it is quick to set up and offers a large interior volume for a solo tent. On the protection side, its Xtreme Shield™ resistant waterproof coating will perform over long periods of time. Add excellent air circulation and two large doors that ensure easy access, and the end result is an all-comfort tent without the weight of a large tent.
