This model is the lightest ever produced by the Swedish brand. This novelty has been developed in collaboration with Mitch Docker (a UCI World Team EF Education - Nippo cyclist).

The frames of Elicit are made of Bio-Grilamid. This material is both lightweight, strong and sustainable because it is mostly made from renewable resources. Its frameless design and hollowed out branches also help to achieve the record weight of 23 g !

If you're unsure about the frameless design, don't worry, this lens is perfectly suited to being frameless. The clip-on system allows arms the to be detached in the event of a fall. This avoids risk of facial injury.

The soft arms around the ears are balanced by the rigid lens. The category 2Violet/Gold Mirror curved lens provides you with good vision in all types of weather. The Clarity by Zeiss technology brings out contrasts effectively. The UV400 treatment against UVA and UVB mean they provide optimal sun protection.

Finally, the lenses have an anti-scratch coating as well as the Ri-Pel technology. This hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment will protect you from moisture as well as any other splashes such as oil or dust. Thanks to this treatment, you can clean your glasses more easily. A transparent lens is also included for your outings in low light.
