Mountaineering Boots - Men -
Advice : Use the foot sizer from SIDAS to help you find the right size
The Cadin II Gtx Mid from Lowa is a men's boot designed for mountaineering.
This model is packed with various Lowa technologies to create a high-performance and versatile shoe. With a Gore-Tex® lining, this shoe will withstand all types of weather and ensure that your feet are dry and ventilated by preventing water from penetrating and wicking away moisture.
For a precise and customised fit, this shoe features a two-zone lacing system: one on the forefoot and the other in the upper. This allows you to adjust the tightness for the ascent and descent as needed. The X-Lacing system will fix the tongue both vertically and horizontally so that it stays in place throughout the activity and evenly distributes pressure.
The flexibility of the Cadin II Gtx Mid better accommodates the natural heel-to-toe rolling of your foot during walking for increased comfort and energy efficiency on the ascent. A Lace Loop lacing system in the flex zone includes movable eyelets and a flexible lace hook, allowing for better heel support while maintaining flexibility.
When it comes to the outsole, this model is equipped with a Vibram® Alp Trac® Numen sole that is specifically designed for alpine terrain. Its Climbing Zone on the front of the sole provides optimal stability as you navigate steep rock faces. Another advantage is that the stud arrangement allows any dirt and debris to be shaken loose while you are walking.
