For simplicity and comfort, it has no zips. The oversized duvet is designed to be as comfortable as your own bed. When out of the bag, it allows ventilation for the warmest nights and when tucked inside the bag, it provides the same insulation as a conventional sleeping bag.

A system has been installed underneath the Backcountry Bed 650F 20 Deg to hold an inflatable mattress in place and ensure permanent comfort. On cold nights, you will find pockets in the corners of the duvet to keep your arms warm. On the other hand, on warm nights, the duvet can be loosen and an opening allows you to slip your feet outside the bag, which thus offers optimal ventilation.
