Weighing in at 520g, this model can be considered one of the lightest in its range. It is also extremely versatile with a 6mm drop. The exterior flange Vibram® Litebase provides excellent grip without compromising weight and durability. With a simplified upper construction, this is an ideal competition shoe for technical and dynamic trails with tricky sections during the descent. For this second version of the model Alpine DNA, the padding has been reduced to save weight without compromising on protection.
The lacing system Double Speed Lacing ensures a precise, comfortable and secure fit for the foot in the shoe. The midsole SPEED+ and balanced cushioning provide a good feel, being dynamic and responsive. Finally, this model is equipped with an additional sole Volume Reducer that reduces the volume of the middle of the shoe for a firmer fit.
