A&D Ascendeur/Descendeur

The A&D is an ascender/descender from Grivel.

This revolutionary model combines the full functionality of a climbing handle with an abseil paddle. 

For the ascent, we find a classic handle contruction. A large lug allows for comfortable use with gloves. 

For abseiling, simply insert the rope into the plate, secure with a carabiner ideal for rope manoeuvres (HMS type) and descend from there.

A large ring at the bottom of the handle allows you to pull yourself along.

This A&D will follow you in your expeditions as a real all-purpose tool on a rope!
