Technology:
Aircomfort System back:
For small to medium-sized backpacks used on easy terrain, Deuter aims for maximum ventilation. The wear-free core element of the Aircomfort systems, which has been reliable for decades, is the continuously elastic spring steel frame. It gives the special ventilated net a stable tension even under difficult conditions and therefore creates a ventilated space between the bag and the back, through which humid air can freely escape. Fluid loss is reduced by up to 25%, increasing endurance and improving circulation (verified by scientific tests conducted by the Hohenstein Institute).
