The Bavarian company, named after its founder Hans deuter, was founded in 1898. Since then, it has significantly expanded and developed multiple ranges of famous backpacks. The brand manufactures all possible and imaginable models of backpacks but also baby carriers, sleeping bags, wash bags, sports bags, shoulder bags, mountain gaiters, etc. Its speciality being the mountains and outdoor activities, the hiking equipment its makes is of the highest quality. The backpacks have a compartment to store shovels, probes and first aid kit, and have holders for skis, ice axe holders and crampons. Those who are looking for a small, lightweight but functional backpack for cross-country skiing, will particularly appreciate the Pace 20, which weighs only 650g, but remains very resistant and robust.
