It features a taut mesh back combined with the Aircomfort technology which provides maximum ventilation and reduces sweating by 25%. Thanks to its flexible steel frame, the back will return to its original position for long-lasting comfort, reinforced by a padded hip strap. You can also easily adjust the ActiveFit mobile shoulder straps, the chest and hip straps through the Pull-Forward system.
This model is very practical with its various compartments, including an expandable one inside the bag to store your wet clothes. It also has many pockets, removable rain cover, poles and ice axe holders, a helmet attachment system. It is also compatible with a 3L water pouch.
This women's model also has a shorter back, narrower straps and a belt which is specially adapted to the female body shape. Here's a little extra: 50% of the material used for this bag is made from recycled raw materials.

Aircomfort Back System :
For small to medium volume backpacks used on easy terrain, Deuter focuses on maximum ventilation. The wear-resistant core element of the Aircomfort systems, which has been reliable for decades, is the durably elastic spring steel frame. It gives the special ventilated net stable tension even under difficult conditions and thus creates a ventilated space between the bag and the back, through which humidity can freely escape. Sweating is reduced by up to 25%, which increases endurance and relieves blood circulation (tested by the Hohenstein Institute).
SL Fit - Shape adjusted to the female body type :
- Shorter back Women's backs are generally shorter than men's. The carrying systems of the Deuter SL models are therefore shorter to better adapt to the female body shape.
- Narrower straps. The straps have a pronounced S-shape and rounded edges. These are narrower and closer for a perfect fit on the shoulders, without pressure points or rubbing.
- Conical hip stabilisers These conical hip pads fit the female body shape perfectly.
