Intended for hiking, trekking and via ferrata, the TX5 Low GTX is a model with a lower upper part, super light, weighing only 470 g per shoe.
The TX5 Low GTX is a shoe that offers excellent stability, good grip and effective protection on the front of the shoe with its rubber toe cap. In addition, a wide protective edge wraps around the shoe to protect you from impacts. On the sole, the Vibram Megagrip technology guarantees maximum grip and more precision. The heel is widened and fitted with Hiking-oriented crampons to improve braking on descents and uphill handling. The EVA midsole ensures stability and comfort.
Its upper is made of high quality nubuck , which gives a comfortable, insulating and very robust shoe. You will also benefit from a good support around the foot. Its Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane provides a waterproof and breathable shoe to keep your feet dry all day long
