This vest has several pockets, including zipped side pockets, a zipped pocket on the right shoulder strap for your mobile phone, one on the left shoulder strap for small items, 2 Soft Flask pockets on the shoulder straps and a back pocket to store your clothes on your runs without having to remove the vest The Trail Force 10 also has an innovative pole holder system derived from the X-Press ski holder system that also allows you to store away or remove poles during your run without removing the bag.
